Well, the Baltimore Book Festival is over.
It was a weekend of great weather, interesting – good interesting and bad interesting, sometimes – people, food, music, and books.
Also, of learning to live at a 15 degree incline.
I drove more of Baltimore this weekend – mostly trying to find parking! – than I have in years. COMBINED years. The Mount Vernon Cultural District is neat and all, but would it kill them to bulldoze a few buildings and put in a jumbo garage, huh?
But enough complaining. We had a fun time with Misty Simon, Gene Wright and Norm Cowie joining us. With FOUR writers of the Draumr family together in one tent, it was more obvious than ever to me that I really, really, REALLY need to finish a book….sheesh.
If there is anyone reading our blogs for the first time because they met us at the Book Festival – please, register, say hello! I'm sure you fall into the GOOD interesting crowd!
