V for Vendetta is about a man who was tested and tortured almost to death by his government and then fought back.  It&#39;s a bloody story, because V takes revenge upon those who killed millions and tried to kill him.  It&#39;s a dark tale but the best line resonates:<\/p>\n<p>&quot;People should not be afraid of their governments.
